The service

The essence of our service is simplicity. We will provide you with top quality IT service from a highly experienced IT professional who will do everything that is required to keep your system operational, secure, virus free and up to date for a single, affordable monthly fee.

But that’s not all. Your consultant will work with you to get the best out of your investment by making regular visits to your company and getting to know you and your business so that we can highlight areas where you can effectively deploy an IT solution. Whether it is setting up a machine for a new starter, assisting your staff to create templates for commonly used office documents or creating an IT strategy and budget for the next year, it is all included in the price.

You also get a telephone and email helpdesk to ask the ‘How do I…’ questions that often occur with computer systems and your consultant is always available for telephone support to resolve system failures. Because we take time to understand your system, your consultant will normally be able to resolve faults by dial-in or over the telephone, within a few minutes, but if this does not resolve the problem, we provide same day support for major system failures such as a server fault and next day support for other problems.

At our offices in Warwickshire, we are able to dial into your system to run a series of checks each day to ensure that your system is functioning, as it should. We also test out the latest security updates, keep up to date with new versions of software and try out the latest hardware. We can also replicate most problems that could occur on your system and test out fixes. Our consultants will never install software on your system that has not been tried on ours first. In the unlikely event of you suffering a fire or flood that totally destroys your system, ours can be made available to you to keep you going until we are able to get you up and running again on your own site.

The company

EBS Computer Services have been looking after client systems for over five years, from a single PC to complex multi-site installations. Our consultants have spent a minimum of twenty years in IT, at all levels including operations, programming and management, with a wide range of business activities including insurance, banking, accountancy and utilities. They are fully conversant with all major operating systems, office software, electronic mail, anti-virus packages, many different types of applications, from accounts to electronic faxing and are skilled in the installation and repair of all types of PC software, hardware and networking.
